Southern Holds 84th Annual FFA Banquet

Southern’s 84th Annual Awards Banquet was held at Star Mill Park in Racine on April 16, 2015. The banquet started with a wonderful pot luck barbecue dinner catered by Rowdy’s Smokehouse. Drinks were provided by Forest, Launa, and Elizabeth Teaford. At the banquet the last year’s officers retired and the newly elected officers for 2015-2016 were installed. The 2014 – 2015 officers were: President-Caitlyn Holter, Vice-President-Gage Smith, Secretary-Michaela Holter, Treasurer-Elizabeth Teaford, Reporter-Ashlyn Wolfe, Historian-Danielle Icenhower, Sentinel-A.J. Roush, and Parliamentarian-Halley Sigman.
Many awards were presented that night including the Agribusiness Production Systems Concentrators awards sponsored by Howard R. Ervin, Sr. Family awarded to: Trenton Deem, Dylan Matson, Joyce Weddle, Caitlyn Holter, Bradley McCoy, AJ Roush, Tanner Roush, Ciarra VanCooney, and Gage Smith.
