Job Posting – Deputy Director
The Gallia-Jackson-Meigs Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Director.
The Board is the local authority mandated to plan, fund, monitor, and evaluate behavioral health services for Gallia, Jackson, and Meigs Counties in southeastern. Ohio. As a member of the Board’s comprehensive administrative team, a master’s degree in a related field (Business, Social Work, Counseling, Education, etc.) is strongly preferred for this position. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree may be considered with evidence of a strong background and behavioral health administrative experience. Other requirements include strong writing and communication skills, data and analysis and assessment skills, systems planning, and the ability to provide technical assistance to community stakeholders. A clear understanding of Ohio’s behavioral health system is absolutely necessary for this position.
Extensive travel with reimbursement is required.
