Victor John Morris, Sr. 67

Victor John Morris, Sr. 67, of Langsville, Ohio passed away at the VA Hospital in Chillicothe. He was born on May 8, 1950 in Toledo, Ohio to the late William and Violet (Bodi) Morris. Victor was a proud United States Marine veteran, serving in Vietnam. Victor was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and farm.

He is survived by: his wife, Peggy (Medsker) Morris; daughter, Tammy (Jeff) Hawkins; son, Colton John Morris; sister, Bonnie (Kevin) Christenson; 6 grandchildren; step-children, Sarah,Tim and Johnny Palek and many loving nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by: his parents; son, Victor J. Morris, Jr.; daughter, Angela Marie Morris; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will follow in the Morris Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held fro 3-8 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017 and 2 hours prior to the funeral service.
