Mary Ellen Schoolcraft, 69
Mary Ellen Schoolcraft, 69, of Shade, passed away, at 9:20 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at her residence. Born January 1, 1949 in Gallipolis she was the daughter of the late Wendell M. and Nina Virginia Rothgeb George. She was a homemaker.
Surviving is her husband, Roger Dale Schoolcraft, children, Charles (Margaret) Schoolcraft, of Vinton, Cheryl (Tim) McGuire, of Gallipolis, Terri (Denver) Stonestreet, of Gallipolis, and Andrew (June) Schoolcraft, of Shade. Seven Grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sisters, Lenna Durham, of Vinton, Donna Marie McFarland, of Bidwell, Nina Charlene (Robert) Manley, of Bidwell Brenda Ann (Mike) Baird, of Gallipolis, brothers, Richard (Debbie) George, of Bidwell, and Merrill L. (Donna) George, of Vinton; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her death she is preceded in death by a sisters, Nellie McGraw, and two brothers, Arthur William George, and Donald E. George.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy with Rev. Theron Durham officiating. Friends may call an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
