Failure to appear results in warrants for two people

POMEROY, Ohio – Two individuals failed to appear in separate cases in the Meigs County Court of Common Pleas resulting in warrants being issued for their arrest.

According to Meigs County Prosecuting Attorney James K. Stanley announces that on July 9, 2018, Michael Cook, 48, of Dayton, Ohio, failed to appear

Also failing to appear July 10, 2018 was Sarah Wyatt, 29, of Middleport, Ohio.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of both individuals. Anyone with information regarding Cook’s or Wyatt’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
