GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – Holzer has announced the birth of the first baby at the hospital for New Year is from Meigs County, Ohio.
According to a statement from Holzer Health System, Wysper Nariya Dawn Young was born at 2:40 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2. The baby weighed 8 pounds and was 20 ¼ inches long. The proud parents are Rachel Landis and Nathaniel Young of Meigs County.
