Robert R. ‘Bob’ Phillips, age 66, of Gallipolis died Thursday morning August 21, 2014 at his residence.
Funeral services will be 3 PM. Saturday August 23, 2014 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday one hour prior to services.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with Bob’s funeral expenses.
