Andrew “Bogger” W. Brown, Jr, 54

Obit CandleAndrew “Bogger” W. Brown, Jr, 54, of Bidwell, passed away at 1:28 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at his Wheaton Road home. Born September 6, 1960 in Princeton West Virginia, he was son of Martha Walters Swimm who survives in Columbus, Ohio, and the late Andrew Brown Sr. Andrew retired from being an over the road truck driver for Enterprise Transportation. He also served his county in the Marine Corps from 1980-1982. Andrew had an extended family whom he loved to ride Harley’s with as well as spend time with his neighbors.

In addition to his mother; Andrew is survived by his daughters, Melinda “James” Bowen, of Vinton, and Carrie Brown, of Bidwell, a son Peter Jason “P.J.”, of Florida, grandchildren, Taylor and Brooklynn Bowen, and Ryker Bailey, a sister, Barbara Martin, of Grove City, brother, Ronald Stinson, Donald (Barbara) Stinson, of Columbus, Joseph (Deanna) Stinson, all of Columbus, and Charles (Dianna) Smith, of Bidwell, half-brothers, William Brown, of Arizona, and Andy Brown, of Texas, a half-sister, Deborah Harmon, of West Virginia. A special nephew, Billy Stinson, and several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews also survive.

The family would like to send a special thank you to Dudley and Beckie Lynch, Holzer Hospice and the other numerous caregivers that gave Andrew the best care anyone could ask for.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in the Cremeens Funeral Chapel of Gallipolis. Pastor John Jackson will officiate. Interment will be in State of Wyoming at the convenience of the family. Friends may call two hours prior to the service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
