Joe Dobbins Jr., 80, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 25, 2014 in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 538 Bulaville Pike, Gallipolis. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, is honored to serve the Dobbins Family.
