POMEROY – The winner of the Pomeroy Merchant’s Valentine’s Give Back Give Away has been announced.
Joyce Hanson Purkey won the large gift basket filled with items and gift certificates, a total retail value of $800.
The Give Back Give Away was the latest cooperative effort with the Meigs Independent Press and area merchants to encourage buying locally and giving back to readers.
Pomeroy merchants participating in the give away included: Front Paige Outfitters; Seasons; The Fabric Shop; Weaving Stitches; Clark’s Jewelry Store; Court Street Grill; Maple Lawn Brewery; The Wild Horse Cafe; Herbal Sage Tea Co.; Francis Florist; Hartwell House; Pomeroy Flower Shop; Chapman Shoes; River Front Meat Market; Colt & Chloe; and the Bartees.
