Donny Ray Hoffman, 58, Racine, died Friday, August 4, 2017 at his Letart Township home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2017, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Middleport-Pomeroy Chapel.

Rev. Jesse McKendree will officiate. Burial will be in the Rock Springs Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
