William Herny (Buck) Nelson, 89, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH.
He was born August 4, 1928, at Rutland, OH, to the late Victor Edward and Bernice H. Haley Nelson. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and co owner of Smith Nelson Moter Co. of Pomeroy, OH.
