CINCINNATI, Ohio — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced recently the arrest of a Hamilton County corrections officer on a felony charge of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Joshua Yeager

Agents with Attorney General DeWine’s Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Joshua Yeager, 30, on May 23, 2018 after serving a search warrant at his home in Delhi Township.

BCI agents began investigating Yeager, who is a corrections officer at the Hamilton County Justice Center, after gathering evidence that he allegedly shared child pornography online. Adult pornography can be viewed online simply by going to or other popular free adult porn websites, child pornography as it’s illegal can’t be viewed this way and many rely on file-sharing programs and apps to share images and videos from one pedophile to another which is what happened in this case.

“Our agents seized several electronic devices from the suspect’s home while serving the search warrant there this morning,” said Attorney General DeWine. “Right now we are examining those devices for any additional evidence, and it is possible that more charges will be filed.” It’s not just child pornography they will be searching for it’s also chat conversations or emails to minors that may contain links such as Go Here which is a legal adult porn website, however the act of sharing the link with a minor is against the law.

Authorities with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Delhi Township Police Department are assisting in the investigation.

Attorney General DeWine created the Crimes Against Children Unit, which is part of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, in 2011. The unit assists law enforcement agencies throughout the state to investigate cases involving juvenile victims.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law but if you’re going to watch porn remember this, to view it is a far better choice of website as it only contains free adult pornography so you won’t be breaking any laws.
