Demo Derby smashes it up at 2018 Meigs County Fair

ROCKSPRINGS, Ohio – Despite several rounds of down rain showers, the show went on with the 2018 Meigs County Fair Demolition Derby.

Smash It Demolition Derby had the Grandstand full at the race track with several divisions of demolition action.

Participating in the Power Wheels event for kids were Jacob Molden, Braxton Goode, Madison Goode, Braxton Burgess, Brayden Goode, Carson Spires, and Kole Gheen.

The results for the derby are listed by division.

In the Mini Cab division: first, Dan Souders; second, Chris Goode; third, Adam Burgess.

With the Smash It Mowers division the results were: first, Cameron Bayha; second, Shane Downard, Mike Foit; third, Ben Wolfe.

Leaf Division had first, Travis Hendricks with Josh Miller taking second and Andy Williams third.

The Street Stock cars had Brandon Gould, first, while Raelee Heistad took second and Floyd Sass, Jr. finishing third.
