Manford Ray Hutton, 86
Manford Ray Hutton, 86, of Middleport, Ohio passed away on January 2, 2019. He was born on February 27, 1932 in Rutland, Ohio son of the late Earl Hutton and Muriel Cremeans.
Mr. Hutton was a United States Army veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a Purple Heart recipient.
He is suvived by his children, Jacqueline (Rick) Hoover, James (Sally) Hutton and June Ann (Pete) Peyton; grandchildren, Ricky (Kelly) Hoover, Corrie (Amos) Callahan, Leah (Brant) Tackett, Brittany (Larry) Nichols, Brody (Brandy) Peyton; step-grandson, Richard Peyton; great grandchildren, Jenessa, McClain and Shea Hoover, Addyson and Cash Callahan; Larry and Archer Nichols and Tyler Peyton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife in 2007, Peggy Roach Hutton; brothers, Ewing and Everett Hutton; and sister, Geraldine Hawk.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial with Military Funeral Honors will follow at Rocksprings Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
