Meigs residents indicted by Gallia Grand Jury

(Editor’s Note: An indictment by a grand jury does not mean the individual is guilty of a crime. It is part of the legal process. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.)

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – Three men have been indicted by the Gallia County Grand Jury in separate cases.

According to a statement from Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren, the Grand Jury met and handed down indictments in October, November, and December of 2018.  Among those indictments were three residents of Meigs County.

Trenton S. McClintock, 29, of Pomeroy, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the Fifth Degree. McClintock also has two open cases in the Meigs County Court of Common pleas on possession and trafficking charges.

Curtis L. Lambert, 52, of Middleport, Ohio, was also indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the Fifth Degree. 

Additionally, Terry D. Lambert, 27, of Langsville, Ohio, has been indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the Fifth Degree. Terry Lambert also has pending cases for theft and breaking and entering in Meigs County as well.
