Middleport Man among those Indicted by Gallia July Grand Jury
GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – A Middleport man has been indicted by the Gallia County Grand Jury.
According to Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren, the Gallia County Grand Jury met in July and returned indictments which included Curtis L. Lambert, 52, of Middleport, Ohio, on one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.

The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
