Sue Ann Simpson, 73, of Middleport
Sue Ann Simpson, 73, of Middleport, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at the Overbrook Rehabilitation Center in Middleport. She was born on July 30, 1947 in Middleport Ohio to Marjorie (Wells) Wigal and the late Lawrence Grogan. She worked as a nurses aide for most of her life.
She is survived by her son, Kyle Simpson; mother Marjorie Wigal; brothers, Terry Grogan and Larry Grogan; step-brothers and sisters; Sharon and Keith Young, Wanda and Jeff Shank, Glenna and John Ingels and Chester and Opal Wigal; nieces and nephews, Jordan Shank, Adam Shank, Michelle French, Chet Wigal, and Joey, Jennifer and Rachel and special friend Michal D. Smith.
She is preceded in death by her fathers, Chester Wigal Sr. and Lawrence Grogan and niece Stephanie Wigal.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at noon at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Middleport with Pastor Mark Morrow officiating. Burial will follow at the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
