Meigs COVID-19 update for Feb. 8

POMEROY, Ohio – The Meigs County Health Department is reporting 24 additional confirmed and eight probable cases of COVID-19 in Meigs County. Meigs County currently has 99 active cases, and 1,304 total cases (1,171 Confirmed, 133 Probable) since April.

The Meigs County Health Department is announcing three additional hospitalizations today. These Meigs County residentsinclude one the 60 to 69-year-old age range, and two in the 70 to 79-year-old age range. The total hospitalizations of Meigs County residents since April is 67.

Also announced are an additional 60 Meigs County Residents recovered from COVID-19. This brings to total recovered cases in Meigs County to 1,178.
