Meigs County resident to display at 2021 Classic Green Reunion

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Are you a John Deere fan? If so, have you heard that the 2021 Classic Green Reunion is going to be in Columbus, Ohio this month? The event will be happening June 24-26, 2021 at the Ohio Expo Center and the Ohio State Fairgrounds. 

The 2021 Classis Green Reunion will have demonstrations, seminars, vendors, parades, tractors, combines, snowmobiles, lawn and garden, equipment, and toys. There will be special features on the models 4020, W, Lantz, Snowmobiles, and the L series. Antique tractor pulls will be on Friday and Saturday with two tracks under roof with 1959 and older John Deere tractors only.


The Classic Green organization purpose is “to unite all John Deere collectors and enthusiast golobally by establishing a group for everyone that enjoys John Deere products, collectibles, and memorabilia through exhibiting, collecting, preserving, and restoring all things related to John Deere.”

Racine area resident Tony Caranahan will be displaying some of his collection of John Deere tractors at the reunion. The event is free to enter, however, there is a $5 fee to park. The last Classic Green Reunion was in 2019 and was held in Grand Island Nebraska. So if you like John Deere, here is your chance to see a lot of green in one spot. 

As of publication, there are 209 exhibitors signed up with approximately 455 exhibits according to statement from Chris Bowen, president of the Classic Green Club. For more information, go to their Facebook page or Classic Green Reunion website classicgreen.org/Reunion.
