Rutland Village Marshal Makes Arrest Following Traffic Stop

RUTLAND, Ohio — Village Marshal Kyle E. Calendine has arrested one female in response to an active warrant issued for a charge of drug possession.

According to a statement from the village, “Just after midnight on February 13, 2022, during patrol of the Village, a vehicle was observed traveling on North Main Street onto Salem Street with an unlawful vehicle defect. A subsequent traffic stop of the vehicle found that the driver, Julie Dellavalle, had an active warrant for her arrest for possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.”

Marshal Calendine booked Dellavalle into the Middleport Jail to await appearance before the Court.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
