POMEROY, Ohio – Meigs County Prosecuting Attorney James K. Stanley announces that on June 3, 2022, Richard Walker, 21, of Charleston, West Virginia was arraigned on six counts related to the homicide of Kane Roush on Easter morning, April 4, 2021.

Walker entered not guilty pleas to counts of Aggravated Murder, an unclassified felony, Murder, an unclassified felony, Complicity, an unclassified felony, Conspiracy, a felony of the first degree, Burglary, a felony of the second degree, and Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree. Walker is scheduled for trial in this matter on August 15, 2022.
