Regina Francis Neal, age 88, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday October 4, 2015.
A wake service will be held at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home on Thursday October 8, 2015 from 6-9 PM. A private burial service for family and close friends will be held in Pine Street Cemetery at a later date.
