MEIGS COUNTY, Ohio – Throughout the county there are Easter Egg Hunts held each year. The following is a listing of Easter Egg Hunts for 2018.

March 17, 2018

Pomeroy- Arbors of Pomeroy will hold a pancake breakfast at 9 a.m. with the Easter Bunny. An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. Arbors of Pomeroy is located at 36759 Rocksprings Road, Pomeroy. There will be a bike give away. For more information, call 740-992-6606.

March 24, 2018

Pomeroy- An Easter Egg Hunt will be held beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Native Spirit Grounds at 33530 Township Road, Pomeroy, Ohio. Ages will be from 1-3, 4-8, 9-12, for egg hunting and there will be a scavenger hunt for 13 plus. Wear old shoes for going on trails. Racine- The Annual Easter Egg Hunt for the Meigs County District Public Library District will begin at 11 a.m. at the library in Racine, Ohio. There will be separate areas for children of all ages to hunt eggs and divided by ages 1-4 years, 5-8 years, 9-12 years. Bring your Easter basket and stay for refreshments. There will be a chance to win prizes after the hunts. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Reedsville- The Friends of Forked Run State Park will host an Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 1 p.m. at the park. Children will be divided into age groups 2-5, 6-8, and 9-12 to hunt eggs.

March 31, 2018

Olive Township- An Easter Egg Hunt with the Olive Township Fire Department for ages 1-12 will be held at the Belleville Locks and Dam at 11 a.m.

Tuppers Plains- There will be an Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Tuppers Plains Ball Fields.

Columbia Township- The Columbia Township Volunteer Fire Department will host an Easter Egg Hunt at the fire station at 1 p.m.

Syracuse- The annual family event will be at the Syracuse Fire Department as they host an Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 1 p.m. There will be bikes for prizes as well.
