Cyril Halbert, MD, Joins Holzer Health System
Holzer Health System is announcing that Cyril Halbert, MD, Plastic Surgeon, has joined their team. Dr. Halbert will be providing services at our locations in Athens and Jackson, Ohio.
Dr. Halbert completed his medical education at Georgetown University, Washington DC. He also completed an internship at the New York Medical College Cabrini Medical Center, New York, New York, General Surgery and Critical Care Fellowship and Residency at the New York Medical College, Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center and Lincoln Hospital, Bronx, New York, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at Pulvertaft Hand Center, Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, Derby, England, and a Fellowship in Reconstructive Microsurgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Medical College in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Halbert spent three years of active duty in the United States Army, earning the rank of Major. He is a Board Certified by the Diplomate American Board of Plastic Surgery.
