Charles Todd Angel, 42

Charles Todd Angel, 42, of Dunnellon, Florida, formerly of Gallia and Mason counties, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto, Florida.

He was born April 18, 1971 in Stow, Ohio, son of Charles Roger Angel, who survives him and the late Linda Caldwell Angel. Todd was married to Shani Bailes on November 20, 2005 in Rio Grande and she survives him.

Todd was in the U.S. Army for a short time and he was a member of Morning Dawn Lodge #7 of Gallipolis. He enjoyed auctions and dealing with firearms and antiques.

Surviving are his wife, Shani Bailes-Angel of Pt. Pleasant, WV; a son Charles Ryan Angel of Pt. Pleasant, WV; his father, Roger (Vickie) Angel of Crown City; a brother, Carl Randall “Randy” (Sharon) Angel, a nephew, Cody Dustin Angel and a niece, Abbey Angel, all of Branson, Missouri; a god daughter Blair Rose Lewis of Letart, WV; and special friends Todd and Mary Jacobs and family of Troy, Ohio.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. John King officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be Masonic Services at 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening.
