Chief Transformation Officer of Holzer Health System Named

Holzer would like to welcome Todd Fowler, FACMPE, as Executive Vice President/Chief Transformation Officer for Holzer Health System.

In this position, Mr. Fowler will have financial and operational oversight for all 13 Holzer ambulatory outpatient facilities. In addition, Mr. Fowler will play a key role in making transformational changes that are needed including the use of more advanced practice providers, the development of population health management initiatives, the implementation of patient-centered medical homes, the movement into shared risk strategies, and oversight of Holzer recruiting and strategy.

Previously, Mr. Fowler was employed by the Advisory Board, managing group practices in New Jersey and Massachusetts. Mr. Fowler has a history with Holzer, he was an employee for over 17 years and served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Holzer Clinic, Associate Administrator with oversight of both the Jackson and Athens Holzer facility operations, Recruiting Coordinator, and Human Resources Manager of Holzer Clinic.

Mr. Fowler is a graduate of Gallia Academy High School in Gallipolis, Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts/Public Relations from Ohio Northern University and his Masters of Business Administration from Wright State University. In addition, Mr. Fowler achieved the Medical Group Management Association’s designation as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
