Maxine Proffitt Diddle Sellers, 84
Maxine Proffitt Diddle Sellers, 84, of Racine, passed away unexpectedly, at 12:27 a.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at her residence. Born February 9, 1930, in Racine she was the daughter of the late Roy E. and the late Lillian Mosier Proffitt. She was a homemaker and a member of the Community of Christ Church, of Racine.
She is survived by her son, James E. “Jim” (Linda) Diddle, of Racine, grandson, Christopher (Gina) Diddle, great-grandsons, Beau (Krysti) Diddle, and Darien Diddle, and a great-great grandson, Cooper Diddle. A special niece, Linda Evans and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition her parents, Maxine is preceded in death by her husband, Gary R. Sellers, preceded her on March 18, 1997, sisters, Betty Adams and her husband Bobby Joe, and Freda Ferguson.
