Corey Hager is a singer/songwriter from Ripley, WV. He began writing songs his senior year of high school, in 2009. Since then, Corey has shared the stage with many of his favorite national bands, has been featured in Alternative Press Magazine AP&R, and played at the 2013 Vans Warped Tour. His CD “I Like It That Way” is on iTunes and Pandora Internet Radio. Previously playing “Folk Pop,” Corey is now “changing lanes” and hoping to make a name for him among the “Contemporary Country” genre. You can find out more and listen to his music at www.coreyhager.com.

Open Rail – a fresh, bluegrass band is based in Gallipolis Ohio. In 2010, the band was selected to be the Historical Ariel Ann Carson Dater Performing Arts Center’s home band! Hosting shows at the theater, and performing all over the country has made the band a favorite of anyone that hears them play their brand of Bluegrass. The group includes Perry Cardwell (upright bass), Don Titus (banjo), Roger Pup Harrison (lead vocals + guitarist), John Cardwell (vocals + mandolin), and Brian Ison (vocals + guitar). Open Rail proudly endorses Fields Guitars.

Many activities are planned, including business/industry exhibits, vendor display of services, a craft show, a motorcycle show on Saturday, a classic car show on Sunday, green house sales, lawn and garden equipment demonstrations, health care checks, games for children, local music each day and food sales including sit-down dinners. Numerous prizes will be given away daily.

THIRD ANNUAL RACE ON SUNDAY: “Running through the Hills” – a 5K run and a 10K run AND a one-mile Fun Run for children 10 and under. Prizes will be awarded for both top male and female finishers in six age divisions and for the Fun Run. The run, like the Expo itself, will take place rain or shine. Register at tristateracer.com.

In addition, secondary and post-secondary career-technical programs can be visited. Career center staff will be available to answer questions and provide program demonstrations.
