Esther Landon, 91

Esther Landon, 91, of Reedsville, OH passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at her residence.

She was born Dec. 9, 1924 in Athens County, OH daughter of the late Everett and Veda Green Parker. Esther attended the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Tuppers Plains and was a graduate of Olive-Orange High School in Tuppers Plains.

She is survived by a son, Carl Landon; a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth and Gary Durst; two grandsons, Jeff (Mindey) Durst and Bryan (Suzanne) Durst; six great-grandchildren, Nathen, Whitney, Erica, Parker, Ally and Juli.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Landon and a grandson, Steven Durst.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 2016 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, Ohio with John Frank officiating.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
