Roy Leo Holter, 88

Roy Leo Holter, 88, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on June 27, 2016. He was born on February 6, 1928 in Racine, Ohio son of the late Homer Ross Holter and Ada (Frecker) Holter.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Randy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Chester Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
