Officals seek information about runaway and wanted man
POMEROY – The Meigs County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a juvenile female that has allegedly run away from the foster home she was residing. She may be with a man wanted by the Sheriff’s Offices of Meigs and Gallia Counties.
According to Meigs County Sheriff Keith O. Wood, Kayla Lemley, 15, ran away from her foster home in Langsville, Ohio around 1 a.m. on Monday morning, August 29. Deputies have been following leads, but have not yet found Lemley.
Lemley was last seen in Cheshire, Ohio on
Tuesday evening riding with Larry Lee III in a green 4-door car. Witnesses confirm a teenage girl accompanying Lee earlier that day. Lee is currently wanted by the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office for outstanding warrants. He is also wanted in Gallia County as well for outstanding arrest warrants.
