Middleport Community Association schedules annual Christmas Celebration
MIDDLEPORT – With Halloween close at hand, the holiday season will be here and that means it is time for Middleport’s Christmas Celebration sponsored by the Middleport Community Association on Saturday, Dec. 3.
The annual Christmas Market will be held at the Riverbend Arts Council Building. There will be two cash drawings at the end of the day. Those wanting to register for the cash drawing may do so at the vendor’s tables. There will be various vendors on hand just in time for holiday shopping.
Once again there will be free carriage rides from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The rides are open to the public with the carriage loading and unloading passengers beside the Riverbend Arts Council Building.
The Middleport Christmas Parade will begin line up at Dairy Queen at 4 p.m. with the parade beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting with youngsters and those young at heart immediately following the parade in the Arts Council Building.
