Eloise Adams, 92, of Pomeroy

Eloise Adams, 92, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on December 25, 2016 at the Overbrook Nursing Home in Middleport. She was born on April 28, 1924 in Letart Falls, Ohio to the late Judson and Elsie Adams.

Eloise worked in insurance from 1952-1997. She also worked with the Salvation Army in Pomeroy until it closed and relocated in 2001.

She is survived by her sister, Roberta Marshall, of Parkersburg, West Virginia; special friends Trina Davis and Peggy Stout along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Maxine Adams, Daisy Skinner, and Eunice Gene Adams.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Bill Justis officiating. Burial will follow in the Letart Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
