Annabelle Ball Fellure, 97, of Gallipolis, died Sunday morning January 15, 2017 at Holzer Senior Care Center.

Born January 23, 1919 in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late H. Bion and Luella Rupe Bradbury. In addition to her parents she was preceded by two husbands, Robert S. Ball Sr. and Howard Fellure, two daughters who died in infancy, Rebecca Sue and Susan Ann Ball, 3 sisters, Julia Bradbury who died in infancy, Mary Farley Breazeale and Naomi Magnum, and by two brothers, Bion Burdell Bradbury and Horace Joe Bradbury.

Annabelle was a retired teacher and founding member of the Guiding Hand School, a member and past president of the Gallia County Homemakers, member the Order of Eastern Star Gallipolis chapter 283 for 55 years, was a 4H advisor for many years and was inducted into the 4H advisors hall of fame, as well as a fair board director from 1960-1980 where she served as secretary for many years.

She was awarded the Alumni of the year in 2005 from Gallia Academy High School, a member of the Rodney Church of Light, (formerly the Rodney Methodist Church) where she had served as youth leader and as church superintendent. She was also a former member of the Grange.

She is survived by her son, Robert S. (Judy) Ball II of Gallipolis, a brother, James M. (Mary) Bradbury of Kyger, 2 grandchildren, Sue Ellen Canter and Debra Kay (Robb) Collins, 5 great grandchildren, Nicole Bostic, Hannah Collins, Levi Pitts, Karma Collins and Kevin (Anndi Farley) Bostic, 3 great great grandchildren, Riley Bostic, Josiah Green and Amelia Rose Bostic and by a number of nieces and nephews, including 2 special nieces, Jinx Farley and Beth Nutter and by 1 Sister in law, Kathryn Sigler Ball.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM. Wednesday January 18, 2017 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Luoma officiating with committal services at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens at 2 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.
Order of Easter Star services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Kevin Bostic, J.D. Bradbury, Michael Bradbury, Brent Bradbury, Bruce Bradbury and Brian Lane.
