Update: Area teen found safe
UPDATED – Franklin (Dalton) Dickens has been found safe according to the Meigs County Juvenile Court.
UPDATE – The Meigs County Juvenile Court says they are still seeking Franklin (Dalton) Dickens, 16, and are releasing the license plate of the vehicle he may be driving.
Authorities believe Dickens may still be in a 2000 maroon Ford Mustang GT. The license plate on the vehicle is Ohio plate GIH8699.
Dickens has been missing since Feb. 10, 2017. According to a Juvenile Court official, Dickens cut his ankle monitor off.

POMEROY – The Meigs County Juvenile Court is seeking information in the whereabouts of a teen that has runaway and is currently missing.
According to officials with the Juvenile Court, Franklin (Dalton) Dickens, 16, was last seen by this father last night, Feb. 10, 2017. Dickens had a runaway just a few weeks ago and reported as missing. The Juvenile Court official also said Dickens cut his ankle arrest monitor.
The teen could be in West Virginia or headed to Florida. He may be driving a 2000 maroon Ford Mustang GT.
Dickens went missing Jan. 29, 2017 and was located shortly after word was released that authorities were looking for him.
