Following failure to comply, man sentenced for non-support of dependents
POMEROY, Ohio – Eric Priddy has been sentenced for violation community control terms.
According to Meigs County Prosecuting Attorney, James Stanley, Priddy appeared in the Meigs County Court of Common Pleas on July 5, 2017. Priddy was convicted of Non-Support of Dependents on April 19, 2016 and was placed on community control with a 12 month underlying prison sentence.
On June 7, 2017, Prosecutor Stanley filed a motion to revoke community control based upon Priddy’s failure to comply with the terms of community control. Priddy admitted the violation and Meigs County Court of Common Pleas Judge I. Carson Crow revoked community control and sentenced Priddy to prison.
