Frozen Beauty

POMEROY, Ohio – Everyday the beauty of the river greets Meigs Countians. Cold temperatures may have Meigs County residents bundling up, but the effect the cold has along the river can be beautiful. The effect of a hard freeze along the river creates a winter wonderland in the morning. Here are a few images of frozen beauty from a cold Jan. 3, 2018 morning along the Ohio River in Pomeroy.
