Jeffrey R Mckinney, 60, of Pomeroy, OH, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, July 8, 2018 at his residence.

Born June 25, 1958, at Point Pleasant, WV, to the late William Marvin and Clara Francis Burns McKinney. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Iron Workers #787.

Jeff is survived by son Charles McKinney, step children Dennie, Deana, Tina, Tara and Jonathon Boothe. Brothers Christopher Todd and John Wayne McKinney, sister Angela Smith-Herald, grandchild Nevaeh McKinney, and several step-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he is preceded by his wife Irma McKinney, brother Billy Lee Mckinney, and sister Anna Maire Bareswilt.

A memorial gathering is to be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018, from 4-6 p.m. at Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, Ohio.
