Holzer Health System to host Back to School Bash

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – Holzer Health System is planning a Back to School Bash and includes Meigs County students.

Summer is fading fast, which means back to school season is just around the corner. On Saturday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Holzer – Gallipolis Shelter house Holzer Health System will hold their annual Back to School Bash. The first 200 school-age children to attend will take home a backpack full of school essentials. Children must be present in order to receive items.

The event is open to all within the Holzer service area. Special guest, Heroes for Higher Batman, will provide a message at 10:15 a.m., with photo opportunities to follow. According to a statement released from Holzer Health System, “Fun for all ages will be available, including ambulance and firetruck tours, face painting, germinator station, inflatables, snacks and much more.”
