Emily S. Reeves, 67

Emily S. Reeves, 67, Pomeroy, passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at her residence.

Born November 14, 1950, in West Hamlin, WV. She was the daughter of the late Willie M. and Gladys E. Shaffins Collins. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by children Elizabeth S. Thorten (Oiler), Lester M. Lewis Jr., Brayden E. Lewis; former husband James R. Reeves; step-children Steven L. Reeves, James W. Reeves; sisters Birdie L. Simpson, Anette K. Lambert, and a brother Willie Collins; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Adam Collins, Jerry Collins, and a step-son John Reeves.

Services were held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Birchfield Funeral Home. Burial was in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire, OH. Visitation was Monday from 12-2 p.m. prior to services. Online condolences may be sent to birchfieldfuneralhome.com.
