Car crashes on Mulberry Avenue
POMEROY, Ohio – The Pomeroy Fire Department responded to a car crash on Mulberry Avenue on February 10, 2019.
The fire department responded to a one-car accident on Mulberry Avenue, near the Beech Grove Cemetery Pond. Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle had slid off the roadway coming down the hill, towards the pond. The vehicle struck the stairs leading to the pond from Mulberry Avenue. Luckily this accident only involved one vehicle/driver and was caused by the current weather and dangerous road conditions, as if there was another driver involved, there may have been much more cause for concern and lawyers like those over at Vance law firm may have needed to be called.
According to Pomeroy Fire Department, the operator was uninjured and exited the vehicle on his own. Crews shut down Mulberry Avenue from Wright Street to East Memorial Drive until the vehicle was removed and the roadway was salted.
The operator was lucky that nobody else was involved in the accident, as if somebody else had been involved they could have found an auto traffic attorney to help them seek compensation. He was also lucky in this incident that he was not injured, as more often than not the results aren’t as clean and happy. In those instances where they are not, those involved should reach out to a personal Injury Attorney to help them through the difficult recovery to follow, with legal advice and potential court hearings.
Responding to the scene was Pomeroy Pumper 1, Meigs EMS, Pomeroy Police Department, 33 Auto, and Pomeroy Public Works.
