McNabb was indicted on Sept. 8, 2020 with multiple counts including three counts each of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, all felonies of the third degree. She was also indicted on one count of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, a felony of the fifth degree. The incidents occurred from May 1, 2020 through July 29, 2020.
