Jeffrey Allan “Jeff” Dolan beloved son, brother, husband, and father left this world suddenly on December 5, 2021.
He was born to Dr. Gerald T. and Barbara Elberfeld Dolan on August 14, 1962. A 1980 graduate of Darien High School, Darien, CT, Jeff went on to earn a degree in Communications from Ohio University, Athens, OH graduating in 1984 and after a successful career, moved on to a career he loved in the outdoors industry.
Jeff was married to his college sweetheart, Jennifer (“Jenny”) Stengel Dolan until she lost her battle with breast cancer in 2011. Together they had two boys: Jeffrey and Grant. He is also survived by his loving Mother, Barbara Elberfeld Keller Dolan, brother Gerald “Gerry” Thomas Dolan II, sister Barbara Dolan Brown, and many more cousins, and friends
Jeff’s lifelong passion for hunting, fishing, hiking and all other outdoors activities has spilled over to his boys who have the same love of being outside and will certainly pass it on for generations to come.
Visitation is on Friday 6-8 p.m., with services on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the surviving children.
