Jay Holsinger, 47

Jay Holsinger, 47, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away from a heart attack on Sunday, June 12, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alva Holsinger Jr., his mother Grace Marie Holsinger, his siblings Donald Holsinger, Jerry Holsinger, Paul Holsinger, and John Holsinger.

He is survived by his brother Brad (Staci) Holsinger, and his four children Parker Hill, Hailey Canaday, Tyler Canaday, and Owen Canaday.

Jay lived a full life as a certified firefighter and EMR with for Liberty Township Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. He would often respond to calls alongside his fiancé, Tammy Bolte, who is an EMT.

Jay was loved by many and will be missed dearly. The family plans to do a memorial service for close friends and family, details to come later. Arrangements are under the direction of the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home.
