Deputies Participate in Click It or Ticket Campaign
POMEROY, Ohio – Meigs County Sheriff Keith Wood reports the results of the Click It Or Ticket campaign which was conducted by deputies from May 23 to June 5, 2022.
A total of 25 traffic stops were made with a total of seven citations issued for speed, driving under suspension and restraint violations. A total of 24 hours were worked and 473 miles driven in this enforcement campaign.
The Meigs County Sheriff’s Office is participating in the Mandatory Blitzes/National Campaigns for Distracted Driving Month, Click it or Ticket, Fourth of July, Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and one local summer event. This grant will run through the end of September.
