Gallia County Grand Jury Returns Indictments

Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in November 2022 and returned indictments for the following individuals:

Andrew E. Travis, 39, of Mooresville, North Carolina, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree.

Brett F. Curtis, 30, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, felonies of the fourth degree; and two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felonies of the fourth degree.

Robert D. Laywell III, 30, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felonies of the fourth degree.

Arlie E. Curtis, 53, of Vinton, Ohio, two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felonies of the fourth degree.

Dustin J. Whitt, 36, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree.

Bradley A. Stewart, 48, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.

Brandon Griffea, 34, of Galloway, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.

Charles McGlone, 50, of South Webster, Ohio, one count of Grand Theft, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.

Larry L. Gilmore, 53, of Cheshire, Ohio, one count of Trespass in a Habitation, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation, a felony of the fifth degree.

David A. Russell, 34, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the
fifth degree; and one count of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree.

Mark A. Schweikert Jr., 36, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.

Bradley P. Bainter, 21, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the fifth degree; one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree;
and one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.

Sherry J. Lundy, 53, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Hydrocodone), a felony of the fifth
degree.

Lonie A. Pope, 32, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.

Sandy R. Farmer, 39, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Identity Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree.

The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
