Ruth Imogene Cunningham
Ruth Imogene Cunningham, 95, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on Easter Sunday at her residence. She was born February 11, 1928 in Pomeroy Ohio, daughter of the late John and Alma (Ervin) Young.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cunningham; two sons Harry Cunningham and John Lewis Cunningham; her farther and mother; sister, Nellie and brothers, Alfred, Harry, George, Joseph, Roger “Bo” and Frank “Bob” and William.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Brenda Cunningham, her daughters, Virginia (Larry) Lee, Francis (John) Foster; Sue (Robert) Smith; Peggy (Wendell) Ervin; Mary(David) Shuler, and son, Michael (Karen) Cunningham; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special sister-in-law and best friend, Ruth Young.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 13,2023 at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Rocksprings Cemetery in Pomeroy. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday April 12, 2023 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at the Funeral Home in Pomeroy.
