Meigs man found not guilty on sex charges

POMEROY, Ohio – One man has been found not guilty following a trial in the Meigs County Court of Common Pleas. Greg Huffman was charged with two counts of first degree felony Rape and seven counts of third degree felony Gross Sexual Imposition.

Following a trial and two hours of deliberation, the jury found Huffman not guilty on all counts.

Huffman had spend 16 months in jail awaiting the trial. He was released immediately following the verdict. Britt Wiseman represented Huffman during the trial.
