Arrests Made in Racine Following Warrant Execution

Several people have been arrested following an investigation and execution of a search warrant in Sutton Township.

According to the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and the Southeast Major Crimes Task Force, the search warrant was due to an investigation into drug trafficking in Racine.

The residence at 706 Sixth Street was searched by deputies and agents. Several individuals were detained once entry was made.

A juvenile was also located during the search warrant. Meigs County Child Protective Services was contacted and promptly responded to the scene. CPS workers then removed the child from the scene.

Upon a search of the residence Agents and Deputies located suspected fentanyl, prescription pills, US currency, drug paraphernalia, and narcotics related equipment commonly used for drug trafficking scattered throughout the residence.

Taken into custody at the scene were the following individuals:

  • Russell Reiber, 42, of Racine, OH was arrested on an indictment out of Meigs County Common Pleas Court.
  • Jeff White, 44, of Sandyville, WV was arrested on charges of Endangering Children.
  • Kayla Pullins, 41, of Portland, OH was arrested on a warrant out of Meigs County Court.

Russell Reiber and Kayla Pullins will be facing additional charges and an indictment through Meigs County Common Pleas Court after a case review by the Meigs County Prosecutors Office.
